Professionals

  • Early Bird: USD 100 (by July 15)
  • Late Registration: USD 300

Students

  • Early Bird: USD 30 (by July 15)
  • Late Registration: USD 60

Group Registration Discount

Groups of 10 or more get 20% off registration fees. Each group must name a coordinator for contact.

LMIC Subsidy: Subject to aproval, applicants may request 50% subsidy by clicking on the "Member of LMIC"button (their passport must be from an LMIC country as categorized by the World Bank).

1. International participants are encouraged to complete pre-registration before June 15, 2026, to allow sufficient time for invitation letter issuance and visa application procedures.

2. Final payment channels are now open.

3. Please follow the instructions on the " Registration" page and send your Registration & Submission to medinfochengdu@gmail.com as soon as possible.

4. Please prepare your conference manuscript and poster according to the template and submit them to medinfochengdu@gmail.com. Please note that paper submission is optional; attendees are welcome to register for and attend the conference even without submitting a manuscript.

Please download the official templates for manuscripts, poster presentations, workshops and tutorials. All presenters are required to prepare their manuscripts and posters strictly according to the provided formats. Workshop and tutorial materials may be filled out as needed.
